The year's final major is upon us as players gather at Quail Hollow Club for the 99th PGA Championship.

The PGA Championship is unique among the four majors. In addition to the elite international tour pros who will make up the majority of the field, the PGA Championship will also honor a long-standing tradition by welcoming twenty of the best players from its own ranks of teaching and club professionals.

Showcasing the playing ability of its working members is just one way that the PGA will shine the light this week on the individuals who dedicate their lives to making the game of golf better for all who play it.

The road to earning these twenty special invitations ran through the Pacific Northwest this year, as 312 qualifiers from among the association's more than 27,000 member professionals competed in their annual major - the PGA Professional Championship.

And when the final putt fell at Sunriver Resort in Sunriver, Oregon, a total of eight Titleist Staff Professionals and golf ball loyalists earned a spot in the 2017 PGA Championship.

As the practice rounds get underway and these eight professionals tee it up with the game's greats, we wanted to take a moment to congratulate and recognize the Titleist Staff Professionals who will be proudly representing their PGA colleagues in the field this week.

Check out the gallery above to get to know these club professionals a little better, and please join us in thanking all PGA Professionals for making the game more enjoyable for us all.
