WEEKLY HIGHLIGHTS

• Titleist golf ball players collected three more victories over the weekend, advancing the Titleist season-long win count across the worldwide professional tours to 137. That’s nearly six times the nearest competing brand with 24 golf ball wins.

• The ball count for the 2018-19 season now checks in at 19,312 players trusting a Titleist for their success across the worldwide professional tours. That’s more than eight times the nearest competing brand with just 2,317 and more than all competing brands combined.

• At the PGA TOUR season-ending TOUR Championship, eight of the 11 players who finished tied for 9th or better in the final FedExCup standings relied on a Pro V1 or Pro V1x golf ball for their success. Titleist Brand Ambassador Justin Thomas and the winner of this year’s PGA Championship both trusted a Pro V1x golf ball en route to tying for third place overall.

Erik van Rooyen captured his maiden European Tour victory in Sweden, holing a birdie putt to clip Matthew Fitzpatrick by one shot at the Scandinavian Invitation.

Jin Young Ko kept the momentum rolling on her remarkable season on the LPGA Tour, securing her fourth title of the year at the CP Women’s Open and extending her streak of bogey-free holes to 106, a run that dates back to the third round of this year’s Women’s British Open.

• On the South African Tour, 11-time runner-up Ockie Strydom broke through with a convincing maiden victory, carding the best round of the final day to enter the winner’s circle at the Vodacom Origins of Golf - Sishen tournament.

Let’s take a closer look at this past week’s Titleist tour highlights…

Fan favorite Henrik Stenson (Pro V1) tied for 3rd with a final round 66, which included a hole-in-one on No. 6 at Hills Golf & Sports Club in Gothenburg, Sweden.
