Really like the New Pro V1 X

    Hey Team, Thought I'd share some feedback on the New Pro V1X. I played the test sleeve a bit early in the year before lockdown, and went ahead and ordered the locker load of Pro V1 xs.

    So now back it and playing several rounds I'm noticing a few pleasant differences from last model.

    First off my wedges seem to be really responsive to it and a very nice level of spin.

    For my long game I m seeing a more penetrating, not quite as high yet still high ball flight compared to previous model. The Pro V1 was a bit softer for sure and decent off the tee but it was just too inconsistent with my irons and ballooned a bit for my game. I was grateful for Titleist sending both to test. What a great company!!

    So based on all that I am very pleased with this New Pro V1 X and really feel good with that being the right ball and knowing just what its going to do for me.

    Anyone else have experiences with either of the New versions that matched up or changed for them??

    James... Indeed it is very nice to get the opportunity to test out the new versions of different balls. Glad to hear the new ProV1x is working so well for you ! I made the commitment to invest in the AVX this season. Hopefully the Four for Three loyalty purchase will last me two or three years and it will be time to try the new BVX :)

    I tried both version also, but my preference has always been with the ProV1 so I may have been a bit biased when trying the 1X ball. That being said, I like the way the ProV1 works around the green with my short game, and I like the feel of it off the putter better than the X. I didn't find any real difference in distance between the two models. I agree, that we are lucky to receive these sample/test balls from Titleist and having played Titleist all the way back to the days of the Tour 100 balata's I will continue to tee one up every round!
