I play AP 1 with Dynamic Gold R 300 shafts. Can you tell me the main differences between the Dynamic Gold R 300 vs True Temper XP95? Is the swing weight different?

I can't comment on the difference, but I have recently replace my graphite shafts with XP95 R300 shafts on my AP1 712 irons, and can tell you I'm extremely happy with them, and because of the longer flight, I had to adjust my iron sellection. I'm a 68 year old recreational golfer but my current handicap is 15, and surprisingly improving since the change.

The main difference is the launch angle with the XP95 launching higher...

garry,
the main difference between the xp95 and the dg shafts is weight. the xp comes in around 92-95g whereas the dg shaft weighs in at 125ish grams. the flight of each shaft is a byproduct of the weight and manufacturing of the shaft itself. since the dg is heavier and has a slightly different step pattern than the xp, it has been designed to have a higher kickpoint (lower launch). and then with the lighter weight shaft, it may drop the swing weight of each iron by a few points. hope this helps.
