Shaft fitting

    I was using a 910D3 7.5 with a Fubuki x shaft. I switched to a 913D3 8.5 and am having a hard time figuring out what shaft I need. The fubuki launches it at a nice angle but with too much spin. Do you have a recommendation on what shaft I should try? My club head speed is 108-110 and I have a titleist 913h.d with diamana 92 HY X shaft that fits perfect , if that helps.

    The shaft you have in your hybrid would match up with the D+72 X in the driver, but the feel is going to be different than your Fubuki shaft.  If you let us know where you are located, we can find a fitter in your area that would have a selection of shafts.

    Hi Cathi, that is the problem I live in Paso Robles ca. I went down to Goleta to twin lakes but we only had 3 X shafts to try and didn't find anything that really did it. If there is another place I should go or something I can do to try some different shafts I'm open.

    HI Chris,  It is a beautiful area, but yes, not very close to any fitters.  I am checking with our local rep to see if he can recommend anyone closer to you.  If you do go back to Don at Twin Lakes, we can arrange to have other X flex shafts available for your fitting.
