At a recent outing, I won a certificate for a set of new, non-custom KBS iron shafts (4-PW).  I currently have the TT Dynalite Gold XP R300 in my AP2's (5-PW, W).  As the title above asks, does it make sense to resift my current irons with new KBS shafts?  If so, which KBS shaft would give me similar characteristics to the TT Dynalite Gold XP R300's?

I think the closest might be the KBS Tour 90 in regular flex. That seems be be the only shaft they have that is as light as the shaft you currently use.

It would be best to try their products. The dynalite xp shafts are in the 110 gm category. KBS has several you could try.

if you are happy with what you have , I would have them send you the new C taper lite in reg. Have one club like a 7 iron reshafted and play it for a while.  If you don't like them they will bring top dollar to sell.

best way is to try with a fitter. Find a titleist performance center near where you live and try a variety of KBS products

  4. I agree with finding your nearest Titleist rep, and schedule a fitting (preferably outdoors). You'll be able to see your ball flight and your numbers will be more accurate. Maybe one of the KBS shafts is a better fit for you. Maybe not. You'll be able to get a good feel, and they can dial you in.

Let us know how things go.
