The Dual balance grip weighs approximately 128 grams so you will be losing about 28 grams by switching grips.  Making the grip lighter will change the swingweight and make the head feel quite a bit heavier.  

Not that I would encourage this, but you could remove the 50gram weight in the butt and go with an aftermarket butt weight that is 75-80 grams in total weight thus restoring the balance...I find when playing around with the weighting of the dual balance putter the more you experiment the more the more you can dial in what works best for your game.  The balance in your current putter is just a starting point, for what its worth.
