  1. I'd like to test one of the new DB putters before ordering.

I live in St Louis, MO, and have not been able to find one locally.

Are there any stores/pro shops locally where I can see it?

There is a Demo truck that will be out on 10/30.

Will they have the new putters?

    Thanks

    Dave,

I was at the Golf Galaxy in Chesterfield on Sunday and they had a Scotty DB putter, but I don't recall which model it was.

Where is the demo truck going to be at?

  3. Thanks.  I just stopped in and tried it.  I didn't see them last week.  I'm not sure yet.  I like that it keeps my hands quiet, but gripping it is so different.  I went back and forth between the Newport 2 std and DB.  Both really rolled the ball nicely.  Decisions, decisions...

  4. The Demo truck witll be at GolfSmith in Des Peres

Hi Dave,  We have a local Tech rep that will be at the Golfsmith on October 30th, but he will not have the putters unless Golfsmith has made a special request.

We have three Performance Vans that travel around the country.  One is based on the West Coast and travels through California, up to Washington, around to Idaho, Utah, Colorado and sometimes Montana. Our Midwest van is based in San Antonio and travels up Texas through the midwest and back. Our East coast van is based in PA and travels up and down the Eastern seaboard.

These vans go to country clubs and outdoor accounts that invite them in as a perk for their members, or have set up fitting days where players will purchase and reserve fitting times.  The Vans carry all the heads we have, built sets of irons, and wedges and they conduct putter selections as well.  They also have a very large selection of shafts.  All fittings are conducted outside, with a Trackman and these fitters are some of the best in the country.  The fitting fee is typically $100/hr and that is usually enough time to fit for a driver and fairway, or hybrid and iron fitting or wedge fitting or putters.  In two hours, they can usually complete 3 of 4 categories and sometimes all 4 depending on the amount of time it takes for the fittings.
