I currently play a TM White SLDR driver with a stiff stock shaft.  I haven't had it that long and was fitted for the spec, however since purchasing it I always felt something was missing!

I have this morning been fitted for the new Titleist 915 driver and i immedietely discovered what it was, and that was feel.  The feel I got from the 915 is unbeleivable, not only that but forgiving as well.  Feel and forgiveness don't normally go hand in hand but Titleist have cracked the code with the 915!

A great deal of club manufacturers now claim things such as "7 yards long than the previous year"  however when you measure the length of the clubs all they are doing is making clubs longer for added clubhead speed.  Making a club longer might gain yardage but what you gain in yardage you will definelty lose in accuracy.

Titleist however have rewritten the idea that you need longer shafts for added distance.  The standard shaft is shorter than my SLDR but with the new ARC in the 915 head I ended up gaining 20 yards!!  As the shaft is shorter my dispersion was a lot tighter so its a win/win from all fronts.

    I ended up going for a 915 D3 with Stiff Aldila 70 - 3.3 shaft.

Fantastic...now the only problem i have now is the wait for it to arrive !!!!!!

    Thanks Titleist
