The 910 driver sure-fit adapter will work on both the 913 and 915 driver heads, but you can't buy just the head.  The 910 FW and Hyb sure-fit adapters will NOT work with 913 or 915 FWs or Hybs.

I am currently stationed overseas, Okinawa Japan... and in the early fall we had a Titleist rep doing a demo day, that was asked that question as well. We (the players) took our clubs and shafts and we experimented. They will fit IF they are an ORM type adapter on the shaft. 

Absolutely.  When I tested the 915 driver, 3 wood, and 3 hybrid, I used my shafts from my 913 driver, 3 wood, and 3 hybrid. I wanted to determine the head differences, and found improved distance and less dispersion with the 915 heads.
