Reshaft 910 Driver and adapter sure fit question

    hi, titleist

    i'm newbie,

    Does all new uncut shaft needed to me tip before installed on surefit adapter driver? 

    if it does, can you tell the reason, why? the standard length to be tip?

    Will it affect the stiffness of the original shaft, the torque, the CPM or anything else?

    because, before i have 2 same shaft, fubuki K Series 70 X-stiff, one is non tip, and the other one is .5" tip,

    i can feel the difference, and i prefer the non tip shaft.

    And now i want to reshaft my titleist 913 D3 8.5 deg, on a new shaft, so i really need your help.
