Help with ball flight off the tee

    I need some real help! I am currently using a 910d3 10.5* driver with a x-stiff diamania ahi a 72 which I was fitted for a few years back. I am a low handicap player with an exceptionally low ball flight off the tee. I have searched and searched about shafts for a higher ball flight but finally gave up and am offering up my problems to the experts. I am considering buying a 910 d2 at 10.5* with a stiff shaft and trying it out any and all combinations of those heads and shafts. I need some recommendations for any other head/shaft combos that could get me a more towering ball flight.

    Hi Sean,

    Thanks for the post.

    You are on the right track by getting a 10.5 driver to help increase launch. With that said, I would look at some shafts that have lower kick points, but are still stable for individuals with some speed. You might want to try something like the Tour AD DJ 6 or even a YS 6 +. Also consider the Diamana Blue +. It is always best to see a local fitter and try the shafts before you buy them, but hopefully this gives you some guidance.

    You know the old saying "tee it high and let it fly".....works sometimes if you don't try to overpower the ball.....and agree with Bubba 100%, see a fitter and get the right set up......
