Should the settings for my Driver and 3 wood be set at the same points?
My driver (913 D2 9.5) is set at C3 and my 3 Wood (913 F) is set at A2?

Hi Jim,
Thanks for the post.
No, a driver and 3w do not need to be at the same settings. Because many golfers look for different flight characteristics for each club, they require different setups. In addition, the 3w is hit frequently off turf, which would also effect the setting the club needs to be. In summation, the most important thing is finding a setting for both the driver and 3w that optimizes ball flight for each club.
Hope this helps.
Bubba
Thanks!

I think it's some kind of question as thinking about playing different shafts in the woods. Finally the best setting is the setting that works for you and can differ from club to club.

I went through a fitting at Oceanside in January. I just checked my fitting recommendations. The Driver and Hybrid were both set at C3, whereas the Fairway was set at B2. Interestingly, the Driver and Fairway have the same shaft (Wyvern 50 and 55), but the Hybrid has a completely different shaft (Aldila Tour Blue 85).
