Too often when someone has a poor experience with a company, the response to a complaint is at best a weak excuse or more often, silence. Not so with Titleist. Here's my story.
I recently had a club fitting for a driver and the experience was less than expected. I wrote about it and I would say in less than two days, I was contacted by Chris T of Titleist. He listened to my about my experience and made arrangements for me to obtain a second fitting from Ted, the local rep. In an age where few manufacturers or businesses stand behind their product, the response from Titleist was incredible. I already own a set of AP1's and 4 Vokey wedges. I ended up buying a 915 D2 driver and it arrived in less than a week.
I am looking forward to my next fitting with an eye to getting a 915 3 wood. I am very proud to be a Titleist loyalist.
