915 Fairway shafts

    HI, I got fitted for a 4 hybrid at your Silvermere event; great experience, and really good fun - interesting to see the numbers etc.

    I was fitted into a diamana S+ blue 80 shaft, stiff flex. Any ideas which would be best in the 915 fairways?

    I would be inclined to stay with the Diamana shaft. I think the only thing I would consider, is maybe a lighter version of the same shaft.

    We'be had great success with both the Diamana S+ Blue 70 and 80 in the fairways.

    And yes in general... tend to go lighter weight from hybrid to fairway.  Not always.

    General rule of thumb ... and "rules of thumb" always have a disclaimer. The longer the club in relation with the "reference", the lighter the shaft (and vice versa).  So in short, try a slightly lighter shaft in the fairway using the hybrid as a reference.
