My question is, is the 2* upright lie angle still the correct setup? When I feel as if I have hit a ball very well it starts on target and draws left of target. Is my aiming just off or is the lie angle forcing the ball a little left? I am right handed. Thank you.

You'd need a lie board to say for sure, but it sounds like your clubs may now be a little TOO upright for your new swing, and that the heel is catching the turf and closing the face.  If it were too flat, the toe would catch and open the face at impact, sending the ball left.

When you DO get to an impact board, make sure you check your set all the way down (at least 5/7/9 and wedges) because you may need less of an adjustment in your shorter clubs.
