I was fitted for Diamana Blue 50 S driver and Blue 60 S fairway woods, but I ordered Red 50 S driver and 60 S FW. The golf shop did not offer these blue shafts and will not make a custom order upon their playability return policy. They will accept a return for instore credit, but will not order the Blue 50 and 60.
Can I send the clubs to Titleist for a free shaft exchange or do I need to pay a fee? I regret going through them and should have ordered them at the regional fitting center.
