I spent an outstanding 2+ hours with Glenn Thursday afternoon at Champions GC in Houston.  Since my new 716 AP2's (5-P) had just arrived, we focused on hybrids, fairways, and the driver.  Glenn is an amazing fount of knowledge about fittings and club performance.  We focused on finding the most consistent smash factor, ball speed, and carry distance for each club, as well as filling attendant gaps properly.  I am more than pleased with the results.

Today, I went back to my club pro (who, with the area Titleist fitter, had fitted me with my new irons, as well as my previous 712 AP2's) and reviewed the results.  He was very interested by Glenn's recommendations that I go to shorter clubs, especially in the 915F's.  He put together a couple of clubs following the fitting's recommendations and is letting me play with them for a few days to see how they actually work out.

I am finding that Titleist fittings are just what I need (see my posting under the Golf Clubs thread).  Take advantage of the van if it comes to your area, regardless of the price.
