Both the Blue 65 and 75 (mid-to-high launch) have an upcharge. The M+ 70 and the S+ 50 are close on the charge at no upcharge. The GD Tour AD 5I and the KK XT 60 are in the same range with an upcharge. The S+ 60 is listed as only a mid-launch, the Rogue 60 is also a NC option. I'd pay for the upcharge - after I was fitted and the NC options just didn't cut it. The Green (low to mid launch) is no upcharge for 2 weights and have been more popular than the Blue. I vacillate between a S+ 60 and a Rip Phenom 50.

I can't speak specifically about the Aldila Tour Blue, other than to say Aldila makes a really nice product and have been for years. I recently re-shafted 11 clubs with the cheaper Aldila NV and Aldila NV Hybrid shafts. They all came out really nicely.

Hi Leroy,  If you are going to an authorized fitter, they can contact us and we can send the shaft for the fitting.  If you are trying to self-fit, here is a guide that might be helpful.  Just put in Tour Blue and it will ask you for 65 or 75 and then show relative launch and spin to other shafts.
