    Ok I bought 915 f 5 wood with diamané blue s+70 shaft - the strike and flight is perfect so much so my friends bought me 915d2 driver 9.5 with diamana blue s+60 shaft as a surprise for my birthday  - is this the best matching shaft considering the shaft in the 5 wood seems to match my swing perfectly?? Thanks

    Congratulations.  Tough question to answer.  I know that my Fairway and Driver shafts do not match.  That is why when I purchase clubs, I go to a certified fitter.  I'm just sayin'.  I am a believer in checker out the numbers before buying.

    If I was going for a fitting, that's a good starting point. Manchester Lane fitted me for hybrids with that shaft in R and in an entirely different session with my local fitter trying to adjust a driver, we started with the M+ and ended up with the S+ 60 g R as well. He didn't use the hybrids as a guide. Just worked out that way.
