DG AMT S300 vs. DG AMT S400 Tour

    Hello,

    I just ordered a set of AP2 716's with the stock Dynamic Gold AMT S300 shaft. I currently play AP2 712's with a KBS Tour Shaft (stiff flex). I was just wondering if you could give me some feedback as to how the the stock AMT S300 compares to the AMT S400 Tour - Will I see much of a difference? I have noticed approx. 5-8 yards longer on trackman with the S300 AMT shaft (7iron tested) compared to my KBS Tour shafts. The Titleist fit cart at my club did not have a AMT S400 Tour sample (so no comparable information available)

    I've been told for an Ammo player like me the differences between the S300 AMT and the S400 Tour are pretty slim - however just wanted to ask the Titleist experts! Thanks, Chris

    I've always preferred & played DG, and have had the TI in my last 2 sets. I think they're noticeably better- more feel, and tighter dispersion on imperfect swings. I play clubs for a few years, so think the $250-300+ is well worth it. Plus, you'll see some of the investment back If/when u sell the set.
