  1. I have to travel in order to get fitted for a new set of irons. Are the fitters at the advanced fitting center better than at the big box store with the surefit cart? My main concern is getting the proper shaft for my swing.

    Thanks for the help

YES! They will have more options for you to actually try, the experience & technology to put you into the correct setup. Just be prepared to spend a couple of hours.

Even a local club with a Surefit cart offers something a retailer with mats doesn't offer - hitting off of actual turf. Advanced Fitting Centers have many more shaft options. Before going to an AFC, if you have interest in a particular optional shaft, the center and Titleist can work to have it available. A new set is $800-1000 - worth investing time to get your best return for your club investment.
  4. You can also check at a local club for a Titleist Demo Day or Fitting event. The Titleist Reps and Fitters have their own fitting kits that contain almost every shaft and head option. They can fit you right there on the range!
