  1. Looking for the most lightest shaft that can be used for the AP1 710's and how short can it go without losing it's playability (forgiveness).

I've seen 6 y/o (US Kids World Champion '15) who was using png heads (entire set driver, fairway woods and down to irons) with graphite shafts cut short for his height (average 6 y/o height and small built).

In addition to that, the kid who got 3rd in that world championship (same age group) was using AP2 714's (entire set as well).

Would be great to start having juniors this age use adult clubs - of course these are kids who have the talent to play...

    Thanks for feedback...

Hi, We would use the Kurokage L flex 50 gram shaft or any of the ladies 50 gram shafts, but the most we would cut it is 2 inches from ladies so 34" on a 7 iron.
We do have an entire Junior pack of shafts available for our fitters to use in a scheduled fitting. Just have your fitting pro contact us at Team Titleist 1-888-TITLEIST.
  3. We will consider recommendation. Thank you for immediate feedback.

Give www.flynn-golf.com a try...they have Driver and Iron shafts made by UST just for Juniors....I have built my Son a Cobra Driver and Hybrid and they are Amazing!!!

Just remember to make sure your junior has the strength to swing heavier heads if you build a set. My 7 year old is currently playing the U.S. Kids Golf Tour Series Irons....Great Clubs!

    Good Luck!
