KBS Tour Upcharge Shaft?

    I am ordering some new vokeys and want to shaft them with something similar to my KBS Tour V's (X-flex). I am considering..

    1) Tour V in stiff 2) Tour in S+ 3) 610 Wedge Shaft

    The custom book says that the KBS Tour is not an upcharge yet my rep says all of these are all an upcharge. Where is the error? Thanks in advance Titleist

    I have no answer, I'm just very curious about the answer as well. I want a new set of 716 combo's but with the weak Canadian dollar, I'm looking at more than $2k for a set of irons the the KBS Tour's are an uncharge, which I really can't justify.

    Hi, The KBS Tour and the KBS Tour 90 are no longer an upcharge but the Tour V does have an upcharge.
