I am thinking about switching to the Golfpride MCC +4. Wanted to know if anyone has any experience with them. Is it gimmicky or does it have an improvement vs the traditional MCC grips.

    Thanks!!

  2. I have been using them for almost a year now and love them...you will find this as not a gimic but actually many tour pros have been doing the same concept by just adding 2-3 extra wraps of tape on the lower half of their grips only to essentially get the same feel these grips offer. Love it!

I have used these grips on my AP2 for quite some time....good durability and grip....sl larger on the lower hand allows light grip pressure, as advertised....I would recommend without reservation

I have them on my all clubs and love them. They are made from a new softer rubber material with a larger lower hand diameter than the Original MCC.

    Hi Ben,

I can only add on to what Chris said - I read somewhere that more than half of tour pros have been adding extra tape to the lower half of their grips. Basically player and fitters now get the same without the hassle :-)

I have been gaming them for just over a year. I changed from the original multi compound grips. I love the feel of them. I have large hands and noticed a huge difference in my grip pressure now.
    Best of luck Stu M

I added some new shafts on a couple of metalwoods. They have the MCC +4. When it comes to regrip my Winn Dri-tacs, the MCC +4 will be my first choice. I've been trying to find the right number of extra wraps to use on the lower end and these work great right out of the bin.

Hey gents, thanks for the comments. I just installed them in my driver and wedges. They work really well for me. I plan on having them in all my clubs.
