I'm going to order a set of AP2's and do not have access to a club fitter. I did get fit for png i20's, yellow dot, +.5" w/KBS tour shafts.

Base on that can you tell me how I should order my AP2's?

    Thanks,

    Bill

    Hi Bill,
I used to play Png irons, clubs etc. as well and were fit for them by a certified golf pro fitter.

I know that you indicated that you don't have access to a fitting professional, but I would urge you to explore a bit more to see if you can find one. There is a "search" function on this website to look for a fitter. It would definitely be worth its weight in gold.

I did a quick search and there would appear to be quite a few certified Titleist fitters within a 50 mile radius. The benefits of a fitting would be invaluable as you well can appreciate having been fit for your previous irons.

Regardless, check the length of your Png clubs including the lie angles and lofts on them so that you can make a better comparison. Don't forget too that with many of the fitters, you will be able to try them with different shaft options so that you can come up with a shaft that fits your swing. Also, they may also have the trackman option to support your fitting process.

    All the best Bill.

Here is the link to the Titleist Fitting Network. Please do a search, I bet you find a fitting location in your area. I would never recommend that anyone buy clubs without seeing a fitter first. It will save you both money and shots!
