Hope the season is treating you all well, and really looking forward to the 917'same! Quick question, I'm using the 915D3, 8.5*, and currently bouncing back and forth between 2 shafts. The PX Blue 5.5, and a PX Black 5.5, with the blue, I get a lovely piercing trajectory, and with the Black I'm getting slightly more distance and feel, but the torque seemsnto be causing me some odd right misses. I feel like.it might be because of the swing weight. I like the speed I can generate with the lighter PX BLACK, but it definitely doesn't feel as stable. I don't have huge swing speed, and hit it 250 on well struck drives. So, I guess.my questions are this.... Would I benefit from using a lighter weight in the head to balance out the Black? I tend to hit the ball a little too high. Can anyone recommend a shaft that would create a lower ball flight but is still relatively lightweight? I've thought.of switching to a stiffer shaft, but feel like they might be too much for me, especially.in the 70gram area. Any advice about lowering the ball flight would be of great help. I know all this is slightly confusing, so thanks for putting up with me, lol. I feel like a lower ball flight would benefit me, just not sure how to get there without sacrificing some feel. The.miss that I get with the PX BLACK is a low, hard slice, and that's very uncommon. I normally hit a very straight ball, and misses are usually just a small push, or pull without turn. Thanks in advance. Adam

I play the 915D3 9.5 at the D1 (8.75*) setting. I really like the Kuro Kage Silver TiNi 60 S (67g) - (tipped 1/2") in my driver. It gives me a Mid flight, helped me improve my carry distance with added roll after landing, the torque is a little higher than PX TI Blue shaft & it doesn't feel too stiff. I have hit some of my longest drives with this combination.
