    I have older Titleist 911 Hybrid that I hit very well that I intend to replace. While I will get fitted before buying, I would like to know what current shafts 916 Hybrid that would compare to a Diamana 80 HY flex s shaft.

    on page 6 you'll find pretty good comparables. I'd recommend the Aldila Rogue Black 85HY S
