You can, but let me give you some caveats:
    1) If your driver and 3 wood are both 910s the adapters are the same and you could simply swap shafts (although your driver shaft is most likely 45" not 43" like your current 3 wood shaft).
    2) If your 3 wood is a 913 or 915 then you would need to have your 3 wood adapter removed from your 3 wood shaft and installed on your driver shaft (after the adapter on the driver shaft is removed - you need to find a good club repair shop to do this).
    3) You cannot buy new adapters from Titleist, but you can order a new 3 wood shaft with adapter installed (just like your driver shaft) from Titleist.
    4) You can buy aftermarket adapters, but I strongly recommend you not do that. They are typically not built to the same tolerances as authentic Titleist adapters, plus quality of after market adapters is most like not as good as the Titleist adapter.
    5) Swing weight - your driver shaft may be lighter than your current 3 wood shaft. To keep your swing weight approximately the same you would also need to get an additional bezel weight for your 3 wood (not sure if it would need to be heavier or lighter).

Probably not the simple answer you were looking for.

Why would you want to do that? Barry has given you some very good reasons why not too. Take it to a repair shop and see what they say and what they can do for you, if you are determined to do this. They might have a used shaft you can purchase for a great price.
  4. I would not consider doing this since the swingweight will go up dramatically and make the club feel like a sledgehammer; secondly, the length will be very long compared to a normal three wood...IMHO

I would consider not doing it. However it should work no problem.
