917 Launch Fitting at Team Titleist Invitational

    Two part question, First for the group. Who has made an appointment for the 917 Luanch fittings on Saturday, and what are you hoping to get out of it?

    Me-I'm going to one where my instructor works and he is TPI and has a trackman, so I'm hoping to get a pretty good idea of what head/shaft and settings work best for me.

    2nd Part-Abby, can you share any details on the 917 portion of the Invitational at Pinehurst, will we have an opportunity for an actual fitting with Titleist Reps or is it going to be more of a try on your own thing? or maybe these details are coming and we should wait and here...Ha

    To answer your second question, the 917 experience at the Team Titleist Invitational is not a fitting, but more of a demo session.

    I would consider being fitted by a Titleist Authorized Distributor in October after the Pinehurst Trip.... IMHO

    Chris, I am certainly going to that, my local instructor is TPI and has a very extensive fitting studio. Actually I will be seeing him this Saturday at the Launch event.

    I am still very interested in the demo day aspect of the event though. Should be fun.

    My fitting on the 17th was not to my satisfaction, so i will try again on thursday fitting at another location.
