Choice of shaft

    I am trialling a 917 d3 with Diamana 60 stiff. I am looking for low to mid ball launch but more importantly the release at impact on the ground when the ball lands! What should I look for shaft wise?

    try the Fujikura Speeder Pro 64 TS in stiff. I played the Diamana Blue 60 for years but at a recent Titleist Thursday fitting my fitter suggested this shaft and I am now gaming it and love it.

    The same shaft will perform differently for each player depending on their swing profiles, but I have the D3 in the Diamana stiff 50g and I am getting a good amount of roll out from this combo.
