    This is a question.

What is the primary function of the Sole Weight?

I play 915H 2(18deg), 3(21 deg) and 4 (24deg). All three have a 9Gram Sole Weight and a Golf Pride MCC Plus 4 Midsize Grip on Diamana M+ 60 shafts.

I normally hit a high fade with all three and struggle to hit a draw. Will different Sole Weights or grip weight help?

Hi Vancliff, The sole weight is strictly for swingweight (how heavy or light the club head feels at impact). Unless the swingweight is too heavy and you are unable to close or square the head at impact, we would recommend changing the adapter to one of the draw settings rather than change the sole weight. On the grip, if you are used to a standard tapered grip under your right hand (assuming you are right handed), the MCC Plus 4 could be changing your release.
It sounds like you went to a fitter - we would recommend going back to that fitter and having him/her take a look.

    Thanks Cathi.
Went to a slight draw setup with better results.
Would a lighter sole weight increase club head speed?
    Await your response.

Hi Vancliff, If your swing tempo is even and your swingspeed on the more moderate side, yes, a lighter swingweight could increase your speed. As unique as humans are, though, it varies from player to player.
