    Hey dustin r,

Great questions to ask and get it often out at TPI. I myself have played Project X 6.0 through college and current gamer's are Project X 6.5 so I know where you are coming from. They have a great feel and unique profile so let me give you some suggestions.

Keep in mind, these are all just suggestions, you will always get more from working in a session with a Titleist fitter to get the best results.

I have enjoyed the Motore HB 9.8 (and 8.8) X shafts and have seen great results. Shorten them by -1/2" to standard and they get even better with the striking.

Diamana White 90 X has a similar feel.

Diamana Blue 90 X gets a little soft feeling for my liking but I see great results for other players.

New Aldila Rogue Max has a great hybrid feel that is also similar, but certainly feels like an Aldila product

YES I know these are all stock options, but they are stock for a reason, they are stellar performers

Don't overlook the head style, loft, and length, in my experience, shortening by 1/2" can make a tremendous difference with striking in players Tour and amateur alike.

    Hope this helps!

I have a similar swing spped. After years of struggling to find a good hybrid shaft I ended up with the Diamana White 90 in both my hybrids and could not be happier. Ever since I started with that shaft I have gained a ton of confidence with my hybrids and increased my GIR's on the longer par 4's. That being said, a proper fitting session with a club fitter can really help dial in the best shaft for your game. Hope this helps!
