A C4 setting puts the clubface 0.5° Closed and adds 0.75° of loft to the club. An A1 setting is the "neutral" setting.

Your best bet is to get together with a fitter and have him/her help you with your settings. You may find that the shaft is the best change you can make to reduce the spin and still maintain the proper launch angle.

Marc, great points...however I would consider taking your swing and driver to a local Titleist Pro and have them evaluate your swing numbers on Trackman to better determine options. I use A1 though for my drivers routinely however sometimes players with a 10.5 driver move the dynamic loft setting lower.

Hey Marc let me give you some insight the best I possibly can.. iam not a professional iam a hobby guy whos played high school and college golf and at 45 iam a 5 handicap.. iam a titleist junkie and have a crazy passion for golf and try to play at least 2 times a week on the course i live on.. iam by no means and expert but here is my opinion on your question .. i will explain it simply rather than all the jargin that gets confusing... here we gooooo; first lets talk about what could affect spin equipment wise... driver head... printed loft... hosel setting and of course shaft.... the higher printed head loft will generate more spin... so if u wanted to start there u would drop down in head loft.... now in my opinion the shaft is a cheaper and easier way to play with spin.. some people go high loft head with low spin shaft to gain distance some go with low loft head high spin shaft to gain its all personal.... if u like the diamana like me and u are using the red or blue board (higher spin) mayb give the whiteboard a shot (low spin)....also at your swing speed u could toggle between stiff and regular shaft (dont always believe stiff and regular as every manufacturers opinion of those flexs are different u may find an s flex that doesnt feel s in other brands and may suit u better) other ways to play with spin could be hosel adjustment and playing with the settings to see how your spin is affected .. to me thats limited because it is dependent on squareing the club at impact which most amateurs cannot due consistently enough or we would be on tour lol..... now thats a small sample of equipment ways to deal with spin .. your swing is the other .. by going to a trackman machine you can see your AOA which is your attack angle.. depending on your aoa into the ball wheather negative or positive will affect your spin.. sounds to me your swing is good if it produces draws which in my opinion is a sign of a strong swing .. most amateurs slice.... but trackman can give u your spin numbers based on your swing which in turn will help u determine equipment.. i say trackman cause thats the one i see in most stores any of those machines that gives numbers will work... soooo what iam getting at is you have two options spend a boat load of money and keep switching equipment to see what works best or go to retail spot and experiment on their machines with different head and shaft combos noteing your spin.... as always talking to a pga pro for a lesson or a fitting isnthe best route..... hope i helped brother .. hit em long and straight .. cheers

As others have mentioned, you should schedule a fitting with an authorized Titleist fitter as it would be tough to provide recommendations for settings for spin rates. It's hard to really gauge spin rate by just seeing it or hearing about someone's swing.

It's a bit odd that your driver setting is at C4, when all woods come set at A1 (for right handers). Did you make any adjustments to it? You can also look up the adjustment chart online, but I have attached one for you to review.

So your goal is to decrease the overall spin rate of your ball for your driver swing, is that correct? But it might not always be the driver or the loft of the head, but your angle of attack that has a lot to do with the amount of spin rate you produce. I would suggest to ask your teaching professional on how to adjust your angle of attack and potentially your driver setting to get the best fit.
