Can someone tell me the stock swing weight of a 915 d3 with diamana d+ 70 with a golf pride midsize tour wrap grip and two extra wraps under the bottom hand only.... even a rough estimate is fine... thank you ... love the titleist forum its the best around no doubt....

  2. Hi Bobby,

At standard length with the specifications mentioned the swing weight should be approximately D3.

    All the best.

Chris thank you so much for a speedy answer you guys from titleist are the best.... if i can take just one more min of your time....

I had the clubs swing weight measured at the pga training center near my home and i was told it came to D 6.5 ... would that be possible due to head weight tolerances? Or is it possible his scale was off?

Also what would stock 915f with diamana d+80 be with same grip setup (midsize tour velvet two extra wraps right hand) ... he said mine was D 6 ... both seemed to weigh heavy i perfer d3-d4 range where u stated... and thought thats where inwas until i had it weighed and i was surprised..

  5. Hi Bobby,

The standard swing weight for both clubs mentioned is D4, and the midsize grip, plus wraps, should reduce the swing weight one point to D3. If you are getting a swing weight of D6 I would encourage checking to ensure the neutral (9g red) SureFit weight is installed and both clubs are at standard length. If so, then you will want check them on another swing weight scale to confirm accuracy.
