So I decided to treat myself to a new set of 716 AP2 irons last week and I'm thrilled to get them. I've had a bit of a bad time with the shop though and wanted to see if anybody has seen similar things.

When I first went and tried s bunch of different heads, I had a blast hitting on trackman. They kept bringing me more clubs to try, and I remember thinking they were really high on the srxn clubs. I however, fell for the AP2 and asked to have a fitting scheduled.

When I came back, they were having trouble with the surfeit hosel and I hardly ever got to hit the head I was buying. Again, they kept handing me the srxn. I hit them really great but later in the fitting the guy was assuming I wanted them.

I got it out of them after a while that srxn offers them better margins and I was awestruck. I went for a custom fitting to get the irons I wanted, not to be sold.

In the end I got the AP2, but now I can't even get a tracking number from them. I wish I ordered from a different shop and won't go back there. This is just an experience I'd like titleist to be aware of, so these great clubs are properly represented

Is there any way I can get order info without the shop helping? I've called 3x now

Ben, my recommendation is to contact Titleist customer service in person instead of on a public forum.

Call our customer service line at: (800) 225-8500
