3 Wood equivalent shaft to irons

    Hi. I am striggling to find anywhere in the Northwest of the Uk to be fitted for 917 F2 3 wood as I am left handed and nowhere has lefty heads in the surefit cart.

    My 716 AP2 irons are DG AMT S300 (1/2 inch shorter and 2 degrees flat).....if I take the risk and just order a wood locally without a fitting what do you think is the closest equivalent shaft and set up, if that's possible to answer?

    I am a lefty and feel your pain. Always a problem for us! I would suggest that if you order a club without being able to be fitted, order from a store that offers a 90 day guarantee. Where you can exchange it for something else if that club doesn't work for you. I know my local PGA superstore offers that exchange policy.

    I would use the same shaft as your driver with a similar or slightly heavier weight.

    What setup do you have in your driver? I'm not quite sure if this will help you. I have standard lie, loft, and length in all my woods, but my irons are 1/4 short and 1 degree up.
