    I have 915D2 driver with a Diamana R flex & regular shaft length. What would be the shortest shaft that would work with this club?

    I have found that cutting a half an inch off the butt of the shaft at a time is a quick way to help make more consistent contact. You may have to get a heavier weight to put in the head to adjust the clubs feel though.

    I agree with Rex. I wouldn't cut more then 1 inch off.
