Hi Titleist,

When we ordered 917 F3 for my son, we ordered the shaft 1" longer than standard even though he will play it in standard length. That 1" is used for additional customization in stiffness (additional tipped if necessary)

When we received it, the club head came with 10 gram weight instead of 14 gram standard weight. Can we exchange these weights?
