    Attended a titleist 718 club fitting today a PGA superstore in Orlando. Everything went well. The rep took a lot of time with me. He recommended AP1 with tensel pro red amc which he said had no upcharge and your brochure says the same thing. But two dealers who said they are titleist dealers are charging 25.00 upcharge for for this shaft. If they represent Titleist how can they apply a upcharge? The two dealers are 2nd swing and golf club

    Hi Ron, There is no upcharge for the Tensei Pro Red AMC shaft over std graphite in any iron, but it is a graphite shaft, which is different pricing than steel. ie, Recoil 95 and Aerotech graphite are an upcharge over standard graphite

    Hi Cathi, I'm a huge Titleist fan and believe whole heartily in the technology of your products. I own a set of 916 TMB irons and no longer have the club head speed to swing and maneuver my Project X pxi 6.0 shafts. My question is, which shaft in Regular stiffness would the Titleist team recommend I change my irons to. Thanks. Regards, Carlos

    Hi Carlos, Sight unseen, we can't tell you which shaft to get in an R flex. It depends on whether lighter and softer would give you more speed or just softer. That would be a good question for your local fitter.
