The shafts of my New driver and New fairway wood (917D3 & 917F2) were damaged and I would like to replace them by my self.

I need to send my driver & fairway wood to your assembly line in Europe in order to get the exactly swing weight balance of origin (via my golf shop) ? Or I can only just order the shafts with the original grip and do it by my self ?

I'm wondering if those diamana blue shafts have any tip weight Inside (like the iron shafts) to balance the swing weight.
