You'd need to try both AP1 and AP3 for a full set. T-MB might be better at the 3/4 iron. But it all comes down to how you are personally fit. The stock shaft in the AP1 will launch higher than the stock shafts in the other irons. I got my best results with the AP3 but using the stock shaft from the AP1.

I would think the AP1 but they all can have a high launch depending on the shaft you choose. Best thing to do is get fitted with a Titleist fitter on a actual Driving range.

I agree with the other posters if being fit is an option where you that's be the best thing.

Now after saying that I would assume the AP1 would definitely have the highest launch if all things were equal. By equal I mean by loft and not stamped number on the sole since AP1 7 iron is 30*, AP2 7, is 34*, and AP3 7, is 31*. so even comparing 7 irons is not a true "equal test".

Are you referring to initial launch angle or over all peak height?

Please go see a fitter. If you are seeking higher launch, he will put you in the correct head and shaft that will work for you. Everyone is different.

AP2 has the highest launch out of that set as it has traditional lofts. AP1 and AP3 has more distance as their lofts are slightly more aggressive.

When I was fit I hit them all. TMB was the highest launching followed by AP1. was using the same shaft
