917 & 818 Weights

    Hello

    Does anyone know if the weights are interchangeable on the 818 hybrid and 917F3.

    Looks like it fits but I don't want to hit balls till I know.

    i know the drivers and fairways don't fit as I tried LOL

    Not sure on the others

    In the Custom Options catalog, under Titleist Accessories, the weights for Fairways and Hybrids are different item number series.

    From the SureFit instruction manual enclosed with my 818 Hybrids:

    "917 fairway and 818 hybrid SureFit CG weights are interchangeable, but not recommended as launch and spin characteristics will differ than originally designed." Think I'd purchase extra weights specific for your fairway wood just to be on the safe side.

    Thanks Guys I tried it out as the size was identical and everything seemed good, but to be on the safe side I will pick up the correct fairway weight.
