Hello,
I am currently using the cally XR-OS irons with a light weight graphite shaft, the Mitsubishi Fubuki AT 55 with a weight of 63 grams in regular flex. I find that I can get a much better feel for the club head during my down swing when I swing a heavier steel shaft of around 95 grams, however, it tires me quickly. Also, I seem to be more accurate and get better ball compression with the 95 grams steel shafts.
I was wondering if I could get a new set of the 718 AP-3 irons fitted with the Nippon Steel NS Pro Zelos 7 which weigh around 74 grams in the R flex or the hybrid graphite-steel shaft, the Steelfiber i70 in the R flex manufactured by Aerotech shafts, which weigh around 70 grams in the tapered profile.
Can I get a custom fit with these 2 options in and around Birmingham in the UK or West Palm Beach in Florida in the US. Though New Delhi in India is the most convenient for me, I have been unable to find any Titleist recommended fitter in my hometown.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thank you.
