Butt Trimming 1/4inch

    I recently got some AP2s, with the DG xp x100 soft stepped once. I have always played 1/4 inch over, but find myself gripping down on these more. Does anyone what effect butt trimming 1/4 inch off these shafts would have? Would they play stiffer? Would swing weight change noticeably? Thanks in advance!

    as long as you cut it from the butt it won't do anything to the flex

    The swingweight will decrease approximately 1.5 points and they will play 1/2 degree flatter
