Tour AD BB 7 Tipping

    Does anyone know whether Titleist tips the Tour AD BB 7 for the 917 driver at all? I'm presently playing the original Diamana Whiteboard 83x from my 910D3 in my current 917D3 and my understanding is that these were tipped a half inch back then. I'd like to try something a little lighter in my 917 and I don't see the original Whiteboard 73 as being an offered option.

    HI Marc, We tip the BB 7 shaft 1/2", but can tip it anywhere from no tipping to 1.5".
    You are right - Mitsubishi no longer offers the original White board, but you may want to try the new LTD White 70. We don't tip this shaft, but can tip it if you need it slightly firmer.
