    Anyone having good results with the AMT shafts in the AP irons?

    I've got the Red in my AP1s and am very happy with the results I'm getting. I get a higher ball-flight than I did with the XP-95s & XP-90s, but I am also able to hit some good lower ball flight shots on windy days.

    Hi, do you guys know your clubhead speed? I'm deciding in between red and black and where I live there's no club fitting whatsoever. Thanks!

    My avg was 80 mph (hit lots of shots during that session).

    AP3 with TT AMT-Red. Formerly had 65 g graphites, but the weight improved my tempo. I have XP-95 in SM6 wedges but they all play nice together. The TT-AMT-Red was the best response at a Titleist Thursday fitting.

    I just upgraded to the AMT Red soft stepped in 718 AP3’s, I also came from graphite 65’s. I agree it has slowed my tempo and increased the control I have over the flight of the ball. The mid irons seem to have increased the most in feel and solidness of impact. I was fit at Jim McClain Golf in Ft Worth and have been thoroughly pleased with the changes.

    Hi I have AP3’s fitted with the AMT red and I love them. They give me more feel, more distance and better flight and control over the AMT blacks I was told they had softer tip so don’t have to force the swing

    I use to play with the KBS Tour C-taper X 130 grams. But since I moved to Titleist 718 AP2 I have the TT AMT WHITE TOUR S400 and they feel great.
    A lot lighter then the KBS Tour, higher ball flight with the shafts, so ending this in higher flight and more spin on the ball.

    Just pulled the AMT White X-100s out of my 718 AP2 and put the Project X 6.5 in. Much better ball flight for me!
    I had the Project X 6.5 shafts in my 712 CBs.
