    Hello,

    I recently had a great Titleist Thursday fitting experience with Jim Pooler. When I look at "My Fittings" under this site it indicates the clubs were not ordered. Can you confirm they were in fact ordered and approximate delivery time frame?

    Again, kudos to Titleist fitter Jim Pooler!!

    Hi Les, Your Team Titleist page will not indicate whether the clubs were ordered, but we spoke with Jim and RDSA and they did order your clubs for you. Normal build time is 3-4 business days and then shipping. We would anticipate that you will have your clubs for this weekend. Cross your fingers that this new rain storm is not as severe as they are predicting!

    Thanks for the update! I appreciate the quick response. Secondly, it's amazing I can be fitted on a Saturday and possibly have my new AP3's in my hand by the following Friday.

    This was my first fitting and Jim Pooler was terrific. He was extremely easy to work with and he patiently explained the Trackman numbers and the meaning behind them. As I hit different configurations Jim would point out the differences and ultimately what our target numbers should be...I couldn't be happier. I've already recommended him to several of my playing partners.

    After being a long time TM player, I am now a proud member of Team Titleist.

    Watching "Santa's Helpers" at work making customized sets of club for shipment is just amazing. Glad Titleist is not a leader in mass-merchandising complete sets. More efficient for shipping, but would deprive us of the best fit for the best equipment for our game.

    My pro recently ordered a set of titleist AP3 irons for me almost 3 weeks ago now and I’m still yet to see them. Any way to confirm that they were ordered or that they are being shipped? Please help! I’m getting so anxious!!

    There is no direct status on orders between Titleist and the general public. Your pro will need to contact them with the order number to get a status for you. Could be a shaft supply issue if it is not a common stock item.

    I ordered t400 set and vokey wedges 2 weeks ago from a local fitter. Just trying to get a better idea of timeline im excited to get them

    Current quotes are 2-3 weeks. This assumes that all components are in stock. You time may vary depending on where you live.

    Thanks yeah I live in Kentucky so definitely take longer if location is a factor. But the 31st will be 4 weeks so I’m hoping to hear something soon. Thanks again for the info.

    Just taken delivery of new t200 custom fit irons.Went for fitting Tuesday 11 August 2020,ordered from local golf store same day.Received them Tuesday 18 August 2020.

    7 days from fitting to delivery.

    Don't think you can do much better than that.

    I had my pro order my T300,
    ( Left Hand), Tensei Red shaft and was told they’re on back order with delivery date on or about October 19th, like 8 weeks. I’m curious if it’s a shaft issue or club head, if it’s shaft I could easily go with the Recoil.....?

    I was told T-300’s are October if you need a lie adjustment.

    I had the same experience, and it was the shaft that was unavailable. I finally decided to go with the Tensei blue shaft. Ordered last week and was told about 2 weeks.

    5-6-7 iron 620 CB
    8-9 iron 620 MB
    46’, 52’, 56’, 60’ SM8 vokey
    Scotty Cameron Newport Select 2

    All irons with KBS C-Taper 120 S

    How long order/shipping time to Denmark? I ordered it 9-5-20.
