  1. I purchase the AP1 last year 5-P and had the XP 90 Reg. 300 shafts installed. I seem to be drawing the ball to much and wanted to have a shaft change suggestion. My swing is slow, I am hitting the 7 iron approximately 125 carry. I feel I am in between Reg. & Stiff and my ball flight is mid. Age 65 with 8 handicap. I do wish to stay with medal and can you give me a cost for changing the shafts? Thanks, Allen Roberts

You should find a fitter/coach to check your swing and then recommend a shaft. In the 716 line with a 65 g graphite A-flex shaft I was just under 130 yards. In the 718 line with the TT-AMT Red R-300 I'm over 135. While you may have a a sharp transition in your swing that may require a stiffer shaft than "average" for that swing speed, I'd also expect more of a dispersion issue than a continuously increasing draw. The XP 90 S300 is generally under $40 a shaft and I'd expect a retail price as a local shop to be $55-60, maybe a little more with a new grip. You'd have to ask your pro shop a price for shipping to/from Titleist and the cost per iron. But it would be worth making sure a shaft is the best option and not as simple as changing your hand grip.
