    When adjusting loft, does it change face to open or closed? E.g adjusting to lower loft appears to close the face of the club...

    Yes, changing loft does change face angle you can see the chart here - www.titleist.com/.../hybrid-settings

    If that link doesn't work

    Loft
    +1.5 = 1.5 closed
    +.75 = .5 closed
    Standard = .5 open
    -.75 = 1.5 open
